I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with 15 years experience teaching children in Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2. I have worked in an outstanding local state primary school and for a local independent school. My areas of expertise are phonics, reading and writing. My passion for teaching children to read and write has led me to study for a Level 5 Diploma in Strategic Teaching Support for Dyslexia and Literacy plus a Level 4 qualification in Developing Numeracy Skills in Learners with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. Upon successful completion of these later in 2021 I will be offering Dyslexia tutoring for primary aged children in addition to my current 1 to 1 tutor sessions.
